Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Trimvia is committed to providing a safe, regulated, and high-quality service. Because all treatments dispensed through Trimvia are prescription medicines, UK regulations on the handling and disposal of medicinal products strictly govern what we are able to accept back once an order has been dispensed and dispatched. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

For legal and safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of any medicines once they have been dispensed and have left our control. This applies to all prescription treatments dispensed through Trimvia, including Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Orlistat. Returned medicines cannot be reused, restocked, or resold under UK pharmacy law and must be disposed of safely.

We will only consider a return in the following circumstances:

If either of these applies to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Do not send any medicines back to us unless we have explicitly asked you to do so.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we confirm a refund is due for it to appear in your account.

A refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

Where a refund arises as a result of our error, we will cover any return costs we have asked you to incur. We will not deduct delivery charges in these circumstances.

Please note: the consultation fee, where applicable, covers the clinical review of your submission by a GPhC-registered prescriber. This fee is non-refundable once your consultation has been reviewed, regardless of the outcome.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any point before it has been clinically reviewed and dispensed by our pharmacy team. Once a prescriber has assessed your consultation and your order has entered the dispensing process or been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Medicines cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind, as this is not permitted under UK pharmacy regulations.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order details. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible at that stage. We recommend contacting us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel, as dispensing can begin promptly.

4. Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Where possible, include photographs of the item and its packaging in your message. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We may ask you to retain the product and packaging for inspection purposes. Please do not dispose of any damaged or defective medicines until we have confirmed it is safe to do so.

5. Subscription and ongoing treatment plans

If you are on a recurring treatment plan through Trimvia, you may cancel future orders at any time before the next dispensing cycle begins. To avoid being charged and dispatched for the next cycle, cancellation requests must reach us before your next scheduled processing date. We are unable to cancel or refund an order within a subscription cycle once it has entered the dispensing process.

6. Contact us

If you have any questions about this policy or need to raise a concern about your order, please contact our team through the Trimvia website. We aim to respond to all queries promptly and will always work with you to reach a fair resolution in line with your statutory rights and UK pharmacy regulations.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
